Just wanted to post some info...

This is an amazing way to memorize Scripture. Dawn and I have been working on Ephesians, and I'm extremely impressed on how easy this approach makes long-term memory. I'm great at short term memorization, but if you come back a day or two later, and I haven't reviewed it, I'm lost; that is, until I started memorizing like the article suggests. I strongly encourage anyone struggling with how to memorize Scripture to give this a try.
Flying is going well; I had a rough flight period this morning, high winds and cloud layers made things interesting, but I made it through. It was actually quite amazing... as I was climbing out, we were getting tossed around until we hit 5000 feet. Then, it was smooth as glass all the way up to 7500 (where I was practicing VOR holds), even though I was dealing with a 35 kt crosswind. I was getting blown off course like a turkey trying to wrap it's lips around the exhaust of a Boeing 747 engine. But I whipped it into shape by the 3rd time around my first hold ;)
Thank you, as always, for supporting me with your prayers!
